What foods may be good for Eczema?

Updated: Oct 24, 2020

Healing eczema is by no means a simple process. I didn't start to really heal until my mid 40's. I just didn't know what was the underlying factors. Yes I know I can't eat tomatoes, shrimp, and kiwi without a reaction or use perfumes or additives on my skin but what was the real problem? It wasn't until years and years of experimentation on myself with different diets, creams and ideologies that I discovered my balance. Intermittent fasting and 40/40/10 40% Raw Foods 40% Vegetarian and 10% Water Daily within my calorie allowance.

Just for the record, I am not a nutritionists or medical doctor. I am a Medical Laboratory Technician and a Herbal Consultant, however this information is from my life experience of trial and error mixed with research and documentation. You will need to tweek your foods to cater to your known allergies and likes vs dislikes but with in the same parameters you too can heal your eczema.

SUGGESTED FOODS

Cucumbers Apples Honey Dew Melon Water Melon Greens Nuts Figs Dates Carrots Eggs (if not allergic) Tofu Eggplant Zucchini Avocado Broccoli Cauliflower Banana Pears Potatoes Sweet Potatoes Quinoa Rice Beans
