My Struggle to Experience the Raw Food Diet Benefits

Happy 2021 Present : "The Binge"


The New Year is approaching and I have decided to master my physical desires once again,of processed foods. I have always been at odds with my body. The chubby but not so awkward little girl body with pony tails. Looking at my more slender sister ,I would wonder why my thighs were so much more thick then hers and why my waist was not as skinny. Why did my clothes not fall as nicely on my body as many other women. I just didn’t understand. Perhaps not being in any sports or any form of athleticism as a child contributed to my disconnection from my body. However, I managed to find a manipulative adjustment to my disconnection to my body. Yeah your guessed it food. That’s why I decided to go raw, for the awesome raw food diet benefits.

My Struggle

My mind,my body and my soul are urging me to go more raw as I get older. The struggle is the battle of years and year of bad eating programming,binge eating while watching tv, eating when exhausted after work and well if your were born in America you know the standard American diet (s.a.d) so no need to go on with that. My vision is to lose a few pounds, build strength and stamina, heal my skin and increase my mind power. I have always been set on not being addicted to any substance and food is a major addictive substance. So as long as I feel I am addicted I feel enslaved in the physical realm and in order to be a goddess you must evolve beyond the physical desires.

Best Friend, Worst Enemy

Food caused me to feel connected. Never realizing it until much later in life, but I was living in my head. The only way I would feel connected to my body was to eat. I would eat to fall asleep, when bored, when sad, when lonely and like most of us I would eat when socializing. It wasn’t till much later I realized I was just eating for more reasons then the purpose of sustaining and healing my body. My Success & Raw Food Diet Benefits

I have accomplished many water fasts and diet changes since my early twenties. I have been a meat eater, pescatarian, vegetarian, borderline vegan and more. Not to mention, the enemas, keto diets and intermittent fasting that I have done as well. All these life style changes have worked to a degree and I have enjoyed the raw food diet benefits when I went 44 days Raw in 2017 with some of my online friends. I did 90% raw in back then. Now I am trying to go longer for more lasting benefits, which are mental clarity,clear skin,weight loss, better sleep,reversal of disease, and more energy to name a few. However, I have not done 100% raw for any extended period of time. I think I will start with 60% and end at 90%. Good thing for me it’s been hard wired in my brain to keep up my pursuit of self mastery so this is my story, this is my mastery, this is my 44 Days Raw.

The Binge

If you are like me and have tried a diet or many diets, you know the day before we all get this strange urge to binge on some favorite food or meal that will be off limits. I decided to do this and document my finding. So,it was 3 days to my 22 Raw Cleanse. Yes 22 is the pre raw to the 44 raw, sorta like a dry run. Not to mention Thanksgiving was only 2 days away and I had to cook for a family of 7. My binge of choice was chocolate chip cookies and a vegetarian meal. I at a vegan burger with fries and half a bag of chips ahoy. The binge is almost always followed by The Purge.
