I’m just getting back in the game since my mom passed. Things are getting critical for

black women and if you want to survive the Paradigm shift. Time to up your game. Getting your head back in the game means taking a deeper look at your self and what you are creating in your life. If you don't like what you are seeing then this means your need to cleanse your energy and change the transmission. Remember you are the creator of your external l world. No One Else!

You know all of the projects you been putting off. The inner child work you were suppose to be doing. The fitness and better eating routine your started but but didn't finish.
