4 Ways to Restart your life EveryDay

Updated: Oct 25, 2021

Hey Sacred Sisters if your anything like me, life can gets hectic and overwhelming. I personally am juggling a family, professional job and care-retaking of my mother. Yes some days I get lost and off track but I have discovered 4 ways that helps me feel rejuvenated.

Takayu Tip One-Work on your Goals & Disciplines

Work on Two -Four goal or disciplines. I myself have been working on my garden for 30 min or so a day. I just wake up go outside look around and let the plants tell me what they need. Sometimes I make a list of todo's and go out each day and do a little. Some days I go over and spend an hour but no worries because there may be a day when you can't get in your garden and it will balance out. Relax and go with your flow.

Takayu Tip Two- Social Interation

Humans have a need for social interaction. So when your feeling in a rut, just reach out to someone. Don't reach out in a desire for them to make you feel better. Reach out in a pure loving way of concern. Just call someone and see how they are doing. I am sure listening to your friend or family will shift your mood. Hint make sure to call someone you like to talk to. LOL

Takayu Tip Three- Gratitude

Slow down and give gratitude. You will be surprised when you stop and think of what you have to be grateful for, you have alot. I know you want the the million dollars a year the perfect man and the 2.5 kids, but you won't get that unti you appreciate what you already have. Once you appreciate what you already have you may realize it is all you need for now.

Takayu Tip Four- Allow Negative Energy to Pass

In day to day life, negative energy is inevitable. Negative energy is even coming from you. However, the key is to let it flow and not allow it to over take your being. Consciously change your state by redirecting your thoughts on something positive or constructive. If the negative energy must be dealt with then decide on your action and execute but don't dwell. Handle the situation then release it.
